Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard and billing stops at the end of your current period. Your vendor assignments and history are preserved for 30 days in case you return.
What's included in vendor sourcing?
We match your properties to vetted vendors across all 23 service categories. Growth plan customers get 24-hour sourcing SLA — we find a qualified vendor and send you options within one business day. Enterprise customers get white-glove contract negotiation.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, we'll refund your first month's payment. No questions asked. Email us at hello@glintopssolutions.com.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your 14-day free trial gives you full access. When it ends, you can pick Starter or Growth to keep your sourcing active. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to read-only — you can still see your history, but new sourcing requests and assignments are paused.
How does the annual plan work?
Annual billing is paid upfront at 15% off. Starter annual (regular): $5,088/yr ($424/mo equivalent). Growth annual (regular): $15,288/yr ($1,274/mo equivalent). During launch pricing, the discount stacks on the promotional rate. Annual plans can be canceled but are non-refundable after the 14-day window.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
The one-time onboarding fee covers vendor screening and onboarding for your specific markets, QA process setup for your service standards, and full account configuration (sites, service categories, payout routing). It's a one-time charge — there's no annual renewal.
What if I need more than 25 properties?

What is the launch pricing promo?
